Review:
Parking and location: First and foremost, parking is hell during lunch hour. The restaurant caters to the local court houses and thus I think most of its customer base are those who can walk there. Otherwise they might have a slightly better parking area. It's not too hard to find though, which reduces one are of possible frustration.
Interior ambiance: Loud. Then again, we were there in the midst of lunch hour. The place has a "refurbished warehouse" look to it. Not my style, but open. This does have the end result of the volume being louder than it actually is. The tables are a little cramped, but comfortable enough. There's even bar seating which was attractive.
Service: Service was fairly prompt and friendly. The wait-staff was willing to make helpful suggestions and had decent recommendations for the meal. They were a little harried, which I suppose it to be expected during rush hour. When my dining-partner made a complaint about cold coffee, they were pretty fastidious in making sure our needs were handled promptly afterwards.
Food: There's a pleasant mixture of a lot of things. The menu is on-line, and you can check it out yourself. I had the Prime Rib Eye Sandwich with green chile and home-made fries. It smells good and tasted good as well. There didn't seem to be any thing particularly special about it though. I have to warn you to stay away from the coffee. It may have been because it was lunch, but my coffee was burnt and I had to add extra sugar to cover it. My partner, who ordered decaf, was disappointed that his was lukewarm. They did make him a fresh pot and brought it out.
Overall opinion: It's a decent place to eat if you're downtown and want reasonably priced food that isn't cardboard, but I wouldn't go out of my way to eat there again. However, they apparently do have an extensive wine collection, so if you're into that - you might want to try it out.
